Collection with cash payment or bank transfer:

Collection is possible during our business hours in all our branches. Payment in cash is possible without limit. You are also welcome to make a bank transfer in advance and then collect your products from the branch of your choice. For remaining quantities and individual items, please contact the relevant branch to arrange your collection date. More details can be found in the imprint (opening hours, car park,…).

Shipping:

The shipment is sent as an insured parcel, which means that you as the buyer bear no risk of loss or theft. You will receive an e-mail notification as soon as the shipment has been dispatched and you can track the progress of the shipment using the tracking number.
We have our own logistics department for customised transport solutions such as collection for storage or delivery of large quantities. Simply send us your enquiry about this service.

Austria + Germany:

Shipping costs including insurance and tracked shipping

15,90 € for an order value up to 10.000,- €
19,90 € for an order value up to 25.000,- €

Switzerland:

In Switzerland, customs clearance costs and taxes are incurred in addition to the normal costs. These additional costs do not apply to orders placed via goldvorsorge.ch. For information on the amount of these customs clearance costs and taxes, please contact us by phone or e-mail.

Rest of the European Economic Area (EEA):

Shipping costs on request. Please contact us by e-mail or telephone. We need details of the value, weight and exact shipping address so that our logistics department can make an accurate calculation.


Details of the purchasing process:

1. Order

Orders can be placed around the clock every day. During our opening hours, we are available in all our branches to answer any questions you may have, whether by phone, e-mail or in person. You also have the option of visiting one of our branches directly and purchase your desired products immediately.

2. Confirmation

Our prices are guaranteed to be fixed at the time of ordering. As soon as we receive your order, we will confirm receipt by e-mail.

3. Bank transfer, credit card payment, eps instant bank transfer or cash payment

You will receive our bank details by e-mail (IBAN and BIC). Cash payments and collections can be made in all branches at any time during opening hours. Payment by credit card or eps instant bank transfer is also possible. The order is considered confirmed when GVS issues and sends the invoice to the customer.

4. Shipping

Once payment has been received, the goods will be dispatched immediately as an insured parcel. The goods are checked and packed under video surveillance. You will receive a message including the consignment number oft he parcel as soon as the dispatch has been carried out.

5. Receipt of the order

Please check the integrity of the packaging immediately upon receipt of the consignment. The consignment is insured, so you bear no risk of loss or theft.
